This is an outside broadcast programme on Radio Buddu where all presenters go out in various districts to explain to the public about  developmental projects like farming, advising the public on how to keep their lives safe as regards HIV/AIDS.

Normaly for Radio Buddu to carry out such events there normally is a sponsor who pays air time rates so that a particular programme can be done. through this programme Radio Buddu has benefited alot in terms of associating with it's listeners and also expanding her fan base and also developing people's lives through education.

For booking such a programme you have to come to Radio Buddu in masaka or at Raja Chambers in kampala the liassion office of Radio Buddu.

 

LAUNCHING OF FANS CLUBS.

Radio Buddu has always associated with it's listeners through various ways and one of them is launching Fans clubs in various areas. it is because of this system that Radio Buddu has managed to build a fan base from the ground. Many listeners enjoy interacting with the people they hear on air and the only way of doing that is forming fans clubs. Radio Buddu has launched very many fans clubs like Bunjako, Nabyewanga,Kalisizo e.t.c.

Radio Buddu's next stop as regards launching fans clubs will be Lwenziga in masaka district on FEB 21st 2010.

 

AKABINKANO 2010.

Radio Buddu has always had programmes that help in developing people's minds. the above programme was designed for the local language "luganda". in this programme only students are supposed to register for it and it is a competition where one has to have very good knowledge about the cultures and morals in Luganda.

This programme was started last year and it attracted very many students and at the end of the competition Radio Buddu was commended for the good impact it was bringing in the society of educating the youth.

Akabinkano 2010 is to kick off in March and now it's registration time and alot of prizes are at stake.

NANTAMEGWA WA OMUPIIRA KU RADIO BUDDU.

The above project was designed from the sports team of Radio Buddu. Nantamegwa is a programme where football fans register so that they can answer a series of questions of which the winner walks away with big prizes. Radio Buddu has worked with big companies that sponsor this programme and it has helped listeners be more informed at the same time it has increased the fan base of the radio Nantamegwa 2010 will run in july after the world cup in south africa.

EKYIBIITU KYA RADIO BUDDU.

This on the Radio Buddu calender is the most important event of the year.

This is an event that happens every year where Radio Buddu listeners travel from all over the country to socialise with their presenters and also have a chance to see various ugandan artistes perform. this project has been there ever since Radio Buddu's inception and it has helped alot in covering the gap between the listeners and the presenters. Ekyibitu 2010 will take place in May and we hope all listeners come and show their support to Radio Buddu.
